To register for either the Natural Living Conference and/or Holistic Living Awards Gala, please complete the form below and click the Submit button to complete your order paying by credit card or using a PayPal account (both are managed through PayPal's service). Registration will not be complete until a notification of payment is received from PayPal. Important Conference Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing via email to conference@holisticmoms.org or by mail to : Holistic Moms Network, PO Box 408, Caldwell, NJ 07006. Cancellations received on or before September 12, 2013, will be refunded in full less a $20.00 handling fee. ALL eligible refunds will be issued after the conference. No cancellations will be accepted on or after September 13, 2013.
Please note: Holistic Living Awards Gala tickets are non-refundable.
